Playing tag...?

With a steady stream of lovely guests in the Swenglish Home, very little time has been left to blogging and other creative projects. In trying to lessen the sadness of waving goodbye to our last visitors from abroad, I reacquainted myself with another friend I have not seen for a while... my beloved band-saw.

With some of the free "reject" wood material outside of IKEA in Bristol (they leave bits of broken display furniture, spare bits etc, outside the store for customers to take for free), I cut some "tags", painted them and glued on some of my photos in mini-format. My heart sings whenever I am able to recycle what has been rejected as rubbish! These tags can now be used as key-rings, present tags and any other place that seems to whisper "tag me!"...

                 

My band-saw and I continued our revived partnership with a few other projects.... but those I will show you some other time...
